SHIPPING: Shallow ships only domestically in the USA using USPS. 

ONLINE RETURN POLICY:  Full price merchandise  may be returned within 7 days of the delivery date for a full refund. Items returned past the 7 day return time period that are within 14 days of the delivery date will receive a SHALLOW BOOKS store credit. Returns after 14 days of the delivery date will not be accepted. Sale merchandise that has been discounted 30% or more are final sales. Items marked Final Sales may not be exchanged, returned or refunded.

Returns for merchandise must be in their original condition. Returns will be made to the credit card you used for your purchase and may take up to 7 business days to appear on your account. Shipping and handling charges for returned items are the customer’s responsibility, with the exception of items that were shipped incorrectly or with damages. See DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS below. DAMAGED ITEMS:  We always do our best to make you happy and give you the quality and care for which the SHALLOW BOOKS name is known. If  an  item arrives to you damaged, which is not a result of damage during shipping we will replace it at no additional cost to you or we will  refund you fully for the item as well as the cost of the return shipping charges. If the item is damaged during the shipping process it is the responsibility of the shipper to amend the situation, not SHALLOW BOOKS. Please allow 7 days for the item to reach us and for the replacement item to reach or the return credit to show on your statement.

INCORRECT ITEMS:  If the incorrect item was shipped to you we are happy to exchange it for the item you originally ordered, depending on product availability. Or, we can refund you fully for the item & the cost of the return shipping charges up to $20. We will send the correct item or credit your card upon receipt of the item you are returning or exchanging. Please allow 7 days for the item to reach us and for the replacement item to reach or the return credit to show on your statement. Incorrect. Items must  be shipped with the original Packing Slip And may be sent using UPS, USPS or Fed Ex. Please return Incorrect Items to the above address.

INTERNATIONAL ONLINE POLICY: ALL INTERNATIONAL PURCHASES ARE FINAL SALES. NO REFUNDS, EXCHANGES OR RETURNS  WILL BE MADE FOR ANY ORDER THAT HAS BEEN FULFILLED & SHIPPED.
